1. Dial-up
customers:
Dial-up access setup:
After the transition of the Dial-up service,
your access number would need to be changed. Please
click on the first URL to obtain new access numbers
near you, and click on the second URL to obtain setup/configuration
instructions.
E-mail
Setup
After the transition of the Dial-up service,
your email accounts with Multacom (xxxxx@netsol.net)
will still be available for six months.
You are able to receive all the emails that delivered
to your netsol.net accounts during this period. Along
with your current Multacom email accounts, you will
have new webuniverse.net email accounts created as well.
Your login usernames and passwords
will be determined based upon the information that you
enter in the following link: https://secure.webuniverse.net/DSL_Switch.html.
It is very Important that you
do so IMMEDIATELY. Please remember to start
informing everyone necessary with your new webuniverse.net
(xxxxx@webuniverse.net) email addresses. To setup your
email applications to receive and send your emails using
your new email accounts with webuniverse.net, please
click on one of the URLs listed below and follow the
instructions.
2. DSL customers:
DSL Access Setup
After the transition of the DSL service,
please click on the URL listed below and follow the
instructions to configure your computer system.
