selects American Communications Network Executive Caroline
Roberts as Vice President of Marketing and Business

Corporation (Multacom), a Los Angeles-based, multi-national,
broadband network service provider, announced today
the appointment of Caroline Roberts as Vice President
of Marketing and Business Development. She will be responsible
for overseeing all marketing and product development
to support Multacom's global network business development
plans.

has a proven track record in her ability to bring telecommunication
products to market. In her previous role as Vice President
at ACN, I have seen first hand her excellent project
management skills and results in driving product and

Ms.
Roberts most recently held the Vice President of Business
and Product Development position for American Communications
Network, Inc. Previous to this position she was one
of inteleSolve's three principals, and the Director,
Product and Process Development. She has worked in the
telecommunications industry for over 11 years and has
worked throughout the U.S. for leaders in the industry.
Her
broad-based wireless experience has been gained with
wireless companies such as PrimeCo Personal Communications,
now known as Verizon, Bell Atlantic Mobile, and United
States Cellular. She was a key member of PrimeCo's Product
Management Marketing group, which launched the first
digital CDMA wireless network.
Multacom
is a privately held corporation based in City of Industry,
California that operates an OC-3 ATM broadband backbone
network throughout the U.S. and China. Multacom has
established strategic partnerships with several successful
service providers and, with these partners, has access
to 43 data centers throughout the U.S., Taiwan and China.
Multacom offers comprehensive e-business solutions,
high-speed Internet access, VPNs, co-location, web hosting
services and web development. Multacom's primary market
today consists of businesses in the United States with
a need for access to the markets of Taiwan and China.
