Vincent (Li-Hsiu) Tsao has served as a Director the Company since October 1998 and as Vice President – Asian Operations since May, 2000  Prior to that Mr. Tsao was the Chief Operating Officer for the period October 1998 through November 1999, and was the vice president for investor relationship From Nov 1999 to May 2000. Mr. Tsao served in the Army of Taiwan, where he was promoted to Captain.  From 1987 to 1988, he was a marketing representative in the mutual fund department of the Bank of Switzerland in Taipei, Taiwan.  From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Tsao worked in the marketing department of Tien Fu Securities Investment Consulting Co. in Taipei, Taiwan where he was appointed manager in 1990.  From 1992-1995 he was an officer in the trust department of Asia Trust and Investment Corporation in Taipei, Taiwan.  From 1995 until joining the Company in 1999, Mr. Tsao worked for General Bank as an assistant vice president of business development.
