Kimberly McDonald-Baziuk
Chief Executive Officer

Joined the company in November 2000 as President and CEO. She will oversee the company's day-to-day operations as well as leading the management team toward increasing the corporation's global growth and profitability. McDonald-Baziuk brings to Multacom 17 years of experience in systems and product development, product management, mergers and acquisitions, as well a strong finance and operational background in telecommunications. Prior to joining the Company, McDonald-Baziuk served as Chief Operating Officer and acting CEO for ACN Inc. from 1998-2000, where she was responsible for the entire U.S. and Canadian operations, encompassing worldwide billing and systems operations. Prior to ACN she was Vice President of product development for Broadwing Communications, where she led the OC-3/OC-12 project team in offering the first OC-X standard products nationwide. McDonald-Baziuk holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor MI.
