Abbey Silverstone has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since November 1, 1999. From 1981 to 1988, Mr. Silverstone was co-founder and Vice President of Operations for Silicon Graphics, Inc., a manufacturer of computer workstations and servers. From 1979 to November 1997, he served as a consultant to a variety of companies, including Prologix Corporation, a reconfigurable computing company, of which he served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to November 1997; Xsirius, Inc., a manufacturer of an XRF Element Detector, from 1993 to 1996;  Odetics Corp.,where he advised from 1992 to 1993 on transforming an aerospace division into a commercial company;  QSS Corporation, a provider of services to  municipalities and country clubs, from 1992 to 1996; and several other companies, including Xerox and Axel-Johnson.  From 1998 until joining the Company, Mr. Silverstone was Managing Director of a privately held firm called Office of the President, which specialized in virtual executive team management.  Mr. Silverstone received a Bachelors in Science degree in Industrial Management from the University of Illinois.
