Bruce Burlington

Comes to Multacom with an extensive track record in domestic and international technology, telecommunications, and capital markets transactions, financial structurings and operations. He began his career with Citibank in New York, Europe, and the Middle East and became Capital Markets Team Leader for Northern Europe for First Chicago Limited in London, where he directed debt syndications, private equity placements, and mergers and acquisitions on behalf of major Euro corporate clients. Burlington later became head of Investment Banking, in New York, for PRIVATbanken A/S (The Scandinavian Banking Group), where he solicited and managed acquisitions primarily for Northern European clients.

Immediately prior to joining Multacom, Burlington spent ten years in Silicon Valley where he structured, launched, ramped up, turned around, and sold many companies in the software, hardware peripherals, telecommunications infrastructure, life sciences, and retailing fields. Burlington has a BA Degree in Economics from Willamette University and a Masters in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management.
