Job
Description
Will provide on-site service to
customer premises, including CSU/DSU, router installation,
maintenance and troubleshooting. Will also install,
maintain and troubleshoot Multacom's equipment
and facilities at Multacom POPs. There will be
heavy traveling and physical demands involved.
Must be available on an on-call basis.

Requirements
We
are in need of individuals with excellent customer
service experience, as well as outstanding verbal
and written communication skills. This position
requires an understanding of IP, OSPF, BGP, firewall,
ATM and frame-relay. Strong router experience,
CCNA/CCNP preferred (i.e.: Cisco/Lucent Ascend).
Will need a working knowledge of LAN/WAN network
elements, and CSU/DSU, router and circuits, including
T1/T3/Ocx testing and troubleshooting. An AA degree
in a technical discipline or equivalent in training/experience
is required.
