Job Description

Provisioning positions are to meet business and customer requirements, providing direction and support to our customer's internal organizations through all phases of order implementation, including timely status reports, maintaining database of circuit order information and financial obligations. Will be working closely with customers and carriers in order to provide daily coordination of order status to external and internal groups, with testing and installation groups, to track and resolve roadblocks that may stop the provisioning process. Will need to update and maintain current order status information in internal order system, and monitor orders to ensure that all critical provisioning commitments are met. Will collect equipment information for carrier selection, ensuring on time delivery and accurate installations.

Job Requirements

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and an aptitude for negotiation. Must have an outstanding method of follow-thru.Will also need to be able to identify when an escalation is necessary and the ability to troubleshoot. An AA degree in a technical discipline or equivalent in training/experience is required.
