Requirements
BS
Degree preferred (but not required). 2-3 years
of LAN administrator experience. Must have experience
with Windows 95/98 and NT desktop; Windows 2000
is a plus. Must have experience in all levels
of LAN administration relating to troubleshooting
and installation of software, such as Office suite,
and other desktop applications. Should be familiar
with IIS, Exchange Server, and Remote access,
including VPN & Terminal Server.
Job
Responsibilities
Providing
technical support on desktop applications, operating
systems, general hardware and software. Perform
backups, software and hardware installations,
including modems, NICs, hard drives, etc. Provide
backup LAN support to company executives. Maintain
laptops, desktops and servers.
