    The challenge for DESIGNonly was to reposition Multacom as a credible internet service provider that is easy to deal with, to two key audiences - consumer and business.

    DESIGNonly created a new identity based on the brand essence of Bold Simplicity.

    This approach sparked not just a visual change but also a cultural and operational change. Multacom finally came to see itself as a very valid, meaningful alternative to its big competitors. It wholeheartedly embraced the new strategy,filtering and prioritising solutions for the customer, making it easy to choose between packages and offers.
